Initially, we were provided with their detailed analysis of comparable homes and suggested pricing and strategy, From the outset, their approach was much more comprehensive and informative than that of other realtors. Sharon and Rob hosted open houses on back to back Saturdays and Sundays and didn't delegate this to a less experienced member of their office; they were here the entire time. They provided a comprehensive assessment at the conclusion of each open house. They were here literally every step of the way, whether for the buyer's inspection to the final walk through.
